Project Manager
Zelo is a platform that enables the management, monitoring and implementation of the processes associated with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) with complete autonomy. This platform is the result of a partnership between the General Secretariat for Education and Science, the Foundation for Science and Technology, I.P. and Construção Pública, E.P.E.
The General Data Protection Regulation contributes to good practices and information security solutions and is an important tool for guaranteeing the quality of the services provided by organizations and has established new internal regulation, auditing and compliance policies.
The GDPR imposes new professional, personal, civil and criminal responsibilities on the data controller. As well as the evaluation and reorganization of all the processes in an organization, whether public or private - it is a management tool that is transversal to any institution.
Who is it intended for?
All government bodies in the areas of Education and Science, Technology and Higher Education can join Zelo. Membership may be extended to any State body by extension of the protocol.
About Zeal
The Zelo digital service allows you to:
- Record and detail the processes;
- Assess the impact on data protection;
- Registering requests for the exercise of rights;
- Record and notify data breaches.
In addition, Zelo provides templates for the security manual and GDPR forms, a helpdesk, the Data Protection and Security Code of Conduct, Privacy and Personal Data Security Policies, as well as up-to-date information on Legislation, Links, Glossary and Frequently Asked Questions.
In the organization, Zeal:
- Ensures compliance with the principles and purposes for processing personal data;
- Ensures the accurate and up-to-date processing of personal data;
- Guarantees the security of the processing of personal data.
To the Caregiver, Zeal:
- Guarantees security in the application of the GDPR;
- It gives you security in assuming your responsibilities.
