The awards ceremony took place on July 5 at the Science 2024 Meeting. The winners of the Arquivo.pt 2024 Award were announced by the Público newspaper, the official communication partner of this edition.

It was at the Science 2024 Meeting in Alfândega do Porto that the best entries for this year's Arquivo.pt Prize received their awards. The 2024 edition had 27 entries in the competition, with three first-place winners and three honorable mentions awarded by the Público newspaper, the Aveiro Media Competence Center and .PT.

Every year, the initiative aims to distinguish works that use information preserved by Arquivo.pt - FCT's digital service, developed through FCCN, which allows you to search and access web pages archived since 1996.
