The Foundation for Science and Technology is launching a new call for PhD Scholarships. This time, its digital services unit FCCN is on the list of recipients.

Applications for the competition are open from March 17 to April 16, 2025, and those interested should send in their application and submit their ideas for research projects.

FCCN, FCT's digital services, is looking for doctoral students to develop research activities related to artificial intelligence, advanced computing, data analysis and Big Datanetworks, cybersecurity and automation.

Candidates must be enrolled, or meet the conditions for enrolment, in a study cycle to obtain a doctoral degree and innovative ideas for research projects aligned with FCCN's strategic areas.

The award of these Doctoral Scholarships is the result of an investment by the FCT in a specific application line for the Non-Academic Environment, which aims to strengthen the links between academia and the various social and economic agents through research.

All the information is available on the FCT website. Any further questions should be addressed to the following email address: rh@fccn.pt.
