# NAU
Vacation time includes rest, but it can also be used to acquire new knowledge. With NAU, you can develop new skills with free online courses (MOOCs) this summer. Thanks to its comprehensive training offer, you'll be able to find the ideal course that interests you.
Another of the great advantages of MOOCs is that you can manage your learning with the flexibility to create your own pace of study, which will allow you to better manage your time during your vacation. Since it was founded in 2019, the NAU platform has made available a total of 286 editions of 173 courses produced by 46 different organizations.

# eduroam
Whether in Portugal or abroad, you can count on eduroam for "fast, easy and secure" Internet access. Available in more than 100 countries, this service managed in Portugal by FCCN, FCT's digital services, is a regular presence in higher education institutions.
The international dimension is one of the main advantages of this service, since with your credentials you can log in at any access point on this global network. That's why, with the same login, you can access the Internet in different places around the country and the world. In 2023, eduroam achieved a new usage record, with 7.5 billion authentications.

# Hummingbird
If you need to resolve any last-minute professional issues this summer, Colibri will be there for you. With the capacity to hold videoconferencing sessions for up to 300 participants (with audio, video, text, images, screen and whiteboard sharing), this could be the ideal solution for holding a meeting quickly.
Access to the service is free of charge for the national academic and scientific community that is part of the Science, Technology and Society Network. In addition to integration with Moodle, Colibri allows collaborative applications to be opened in one session, securely, without the need to share a page, application or external site.

# Educast
Through this digital service, the academic and scientific community has been recording, editing and publishing content such as papers, lectures and presentations. Educast is open to all interested parties and includes many hours of content on various topics and areas of knowledge.
In 2023, around 5,000 educational videos were produced and published on this platform. When you visit the Educast portal, you'll find content from various scientific areas, such as Art and Culture, Humanities, Social Sciences, Law, Management, Technology and many others.
